Walker 24442 Universal Exhaust Muffler 2″ Inlet (ID) 2″ Outlet (ID)

I purchased this to fix a noisy Volvo 240 and chose this muffler over a popular red brand. It is significantly longer than the other ones available and is still compact. My idle still sounds the same but while driving it is no louder than it was at idle. It was extremely easy to install, considering the high quality of steel they make this muffler out of. Although this muffler isn’t flashy, I would say it is a fantastic value in function and form.

Inlet/outlet are 2″ ID (so they fit a 2″ OD tube). Have a good fit to other pipes, making welding easy. Tone is about what you’d expect from a straight-through, cheap glass-pack: loud, with a bit of drone across the rev range. Works great for our race car to keep it in line with sound limits.
